Welcome to your virtual library!  BPL is everywhere you are with Encyclopedias and Dictionaries available 24/7 from any internet connection.  From young learners to high school/college students to professional development to general reference, these resources are certain to educate, inform and inspire.

Britannica Enciclopedia Juvenil - An online encyclopedia en español for young library patrons.

Britannica for Kids - Children 8-15 years old: Britannica Online for Kids provides a safe search environment for kids. Access articles from Compton’s Encyclopedia. Covering all school subjects, provides helpful tools for homework such as “how to write a research paper.”

Britannica Spanish Reference Center - This site offers resources en español for all ages in two unique interfaces, each with its own comprehensive encyclopedia: Enciclopedia Moderna for high school ages and up and Britannica Escolar Online for ages 6-12.

Britannica Webster's Unabridged Dictionary - Webster’s Third New International Dictionary Unabridged: the largest, most comprehensive dictionary.

Britannica: Early Learning Zone - Grades PreK-2: Britannica Learning Zone uses audio and images to provide an interactive way for young users to explore geography, learn about various topics, plus reading and drawing.

Britannica: Elementary School - Elementary School Students: This resource gives teachers and students instant access to high-quality online learning materials that are age-appropriate. Includes teachers’ resources with links to curriculum standards.

Britannica: Spanish Edition - An online encyclopedia en español for high school or college students, plus adults.

Britannica: World Data Analyst Online - Contains current and historical statistics on the countries of the world. This tool allows subscribers to create tables, charts, and export information to spreadsheets. Users can also link to country articles from the Britannica Concise Encyclopedia.

Encyclopedia of Arkansas - The Encyclopedia of Arkansas History and Culture Project strives to offer a definitive, comprehensive, and accurate record of the twenty-fifth state. The online version of the Encyclopedia is the first component of the Project.
