Students, parents and any residents of Benton County can ask questions and get information from Bentonville Public Library by text message!
With Text a Librarian, patrons can ask questions by sending text messages with their mobile phones and our reference librarian will answer back via text message. The service does not display phone numbers and generates an anonymous ID for each patron in order to reference conversation history.
Available during library business hours. Standard text messaging rates apply.
To send us your question:
1) Text HeyBPL to 66746 from your mobile phone
2) Instructions are sent to your phone, such as:

Save 66746 in your phone as “HeyBPL” in case you are asked for it later.
